New Customers: Please complete and email the form below or download a copy for sending by post. If you have previously boarded your pet with us, please just email your dog's name, arrival and departure times and up-to-date contact details for yourself.

Please remember dogs can only be left or collected during normal working hours. On Saturdays we close at 2.00 p.m.; on Sundays and Bank Holidays we open at 9.00 a.m. and close at 12 noon.

Terms and Conditions for the Acceptance of Boarders at Honeybottom Kennels

1. All dogs must be inoculated against contagious diseases (Kennel Cough is recommended and from May 2011 will be required for pets boarded with us during May to October). Certificates must be produced: we are not responsible if a dog contracts Kennel Cough as this is an airborne virus.
2. Any veterinary fees incurred due to accident or illness whilst boarding which has been caused as a result of the fault of Honeybottom Kennels will be paid fully by Honeybottom Kennels.
3. Any veterinary fees incurred due to current condition/illness of boarder will be paid fully by the owner.
4. Boarding fees are payable in full at the time of collection/delivery (all cheques to be presented with a current banker's card). All prices are subject to 20% VAT.
5. All dogs will be charged boarding for the day of arrival. If collected before 12.00 p.m. on the date of departure no charge will be made for that day.
6. No dog will be received or released other than in normal business hours which are
8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Mon – Fri; 8.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on Saturdays and 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. on Sundays unless by special arrangement. Dogs to be boarded must be in by 5.00 pm.
7. Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each dog boarded at this establishment, we cannot be held responsible for any loss either through illness or any other cause.
8. PLEASE NOTE – CHARGE FOR OVERNIGHT STAY IS £20.00 FOR ONE DOG.
