Open for Business

Following the Governments recent changes in their Covid guidelines and ongoing situation around the world, we understand people are still being asked to work from home where possible and getting away on holiday is still uncertain.

We wanted to let everyone know we are still Open for Business and will continue to follow Government Guidelines with regards to close contact, so our handover procedure will stay as is detailed below.

Our reception door will be closed and there is be a  RED BUTTON ON THE FRONT GATE and ALL handovers will be done outside in the fenced off area.  We are still requesting that all drop off and collections book an appointment to help reduce the amount of people arriving at the same time.  

 Please email, message or call to arrange a convenient time to arrive.  We are continuing to collect your dog on our own slip leads and ask you to keep your lead on you for when you come to collect the dog to minimise contact.

All invoices will be sent via email as we ask for payments to be made prior to collection via bank transfer if possible. We can still take payments card payments over the phone or in person outside and we are still happy to take cash in an envelope.     

Your continued cooperation is much appreciated as we have your welfare at heart as well as ours.
