Open for Business

Due to the current situation going on around the world with Covid-19, we understand people are being asked to work from home where possible and getting away on holiday is still uncertain.     

We wanted to let everyone know we are still Open for Business but we have made some changes to handover procedure.

Our reception door will be closed and there is be a RED BUTTON ON THE FRONT GATE and ALL handovers will be done outside in the fenced off area.  Following recent government guidelines for kennels, all drop off and collections are required to book an appointment to help reduce the amount of people arriving at the same time.  
Please email, message or call to arrange a convenient time to arrive.  We are continuing to collect your dog on our own slip leads and ask you to keep your lead on you for when you come to collect the dog to minimise contact.  
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us - We are here to help      

All invoices will be sent via email as we ask for payments to be made prior to collection via bank transfer if possible. We can still take payments over the phone but as a last resort we will take cash in an envelope.     

Our opening hours have changed slightly.
We will be closed from 14.30 to 15.30 Monday to Friday.  Rest assured, someone will be on site, but we may not be able to answer the door during this hour.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your cooperation will be most appreciated as we have your welfare at heart as well as ours.
